Parents on Duty and Pride View Program
Inspired by the successful "Dads on Duty" initiative in Houston, Texas, our program brings parents into schools to create a safer, more supportive environment for all students.

In Houston, when fathers volunteered to patrol school hallways and provide a calming presence, disciplinary incidents dropped to zero. We believe this model can work nationwide.

We believe parents shouldn't lose income when they help at schools. Our program uses funds allocated for teacher shortages to compensate participating parents.
